Terms of Service

1. The Service

Nerugaa lets you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account and configure rule-based automations that reply to comments, story interactions, and direct messages. The Service depends on the Instagram and Meta platforms and is subject to their availability, policies, and rate limits.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, or applicable law;
• harass, deceive, or harm others, or send messages outside the permissions and messaging windows Meta allows;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or misuse data obtained through the Service or the Meta platforms.

You are solely responsible for the content of the automated messages you configure and for compliance with all laws applicable to your messaging (including consent and anti-spam rules).

4. Instagram and Meta

Your use of the Service in connection with Instagram is also governed by Meta’s terms and policies. You authorize Nerugaa to access and process your Instagram data as needed to provide the Service. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account.

5. Beta service

The Service is currently offered in beta and free of charge. Features may change, and the Service is provided without the reliability guarantees of a generally available product. Paid plans and pricing may be introduced later with notice.

6. Intellectual property

Nerugaa and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content and configurations you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with platform policies. Upon termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will always be delivered, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The Service relies on third-party platforms we do not control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerugaa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you.
